  I wasn't 100% sure on the Winters filtering numbers. I tried to copy from that page to get something to work but I may have messed it up. I really should go back and study how to make these charts neater/have dates etc. The trend I found looking at the data is that it follows a very similar pattern while perpetually increasing year after year. 

  Not so fun fact you need to install ISwR packages for this code to do anything. I thought it was built in and couldn't understand why it wouldn't work. Analysis Pemax is described using a model that is additive in age, weight, bmp, and fev1. Using information from the Cystic Fibrosis Database in ISwR. I ran a summary as suggested in the book to try to understand what was actually written there and this is the information gleaned.
